RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with any item, please email us within 48 hours of their receipt.  Include your invoice number, your date of purchase and your item number.  Please indicate if you would like a full refund for your item or to exchange it for another item.

All returns.exchanges require a Return Authorization Number from Doggie Swagger (no exceptions).  Any item return to us must be in its original, unused condition.  It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents in its original box.  

We CANNOT cancel an order once it's been placed.  If you wish to exchange your order after you receive it, please contact our office for assistance.

Note:  Due to strict health regulations, beds, blankets, toys, feeders, carriers an stroller cannot be exchanged or returned.  

Returns or exchanges on seasonal items such as holiday dog clothing and accessories, wedding apparel and costumes are not accepted.

All sales on discount sale items are final.

Please note:  Customer is responsible for any shipping cost which includes shipping an item back to us and the shipping of a re-order.
